Corporate Culture: Excellence in Team Training
In response to Minhai’s rapid growth and to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s cultural strategy, build a high‑performing, exceptional team, and enhance team cohesion while boosting employee productivity, the Human Resources Department organized two sessions of “Building an Outstanding Team” training on September 7 and 10. Both sessions were delivered in their entirety by General Manager Yuan himself.

The company has successfully passed the adverse drug reaction inspection.
From October 11 to October 12, 2018, an inspection team comprising inspectors from the Beijing Drug Adverse Reaction Monitoring Center and experts from the Daxing District Food and Drug Administration of Beijing conducted a drug adverse reaction inspection of our company’s Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate vaccine, acellular pertussis–diphtheria–tetanus–Haemophilus influenzae type b combination vaccine, and measles–rubella live attenuated combined vaccine.

To fully leverage the company’s internal knowledge resources, foster a culture of internal communication and learning, strengthen our training capabilities, and build a stable, high‑caliber, learning‑oriented team of trainers aligned with the company’s values, we launched a three‑phase internal trainer selection and evaluation process in June, ultimately identifying 46 trainers at the junior, intermediate, and senior levels.

On this auspicious occasion, the Minhai Bio Trade Union efficiently implemented the company leadership’s directives, promoted a culture of filial piety and benevolence, and organized the third “Filial Piety Across the Land, Love in Golden Autumn” Double Ninth Festival outreach event, presenting generous gift packages to the parents and loved ones of more than 700 company employees.
