Abstract
In response to Minhai’s rapid growth and to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s cultural strategy, build a high‑performing, exceptional team, and enhance team cohesion while boosting employee productivity, the Human Resources Department organized two training sessions on corporate culture—“Building an Outstanding Team”—on September 7 and 10. Both sessions were delivered in their entirety by General Manager Yuan himself.
Based on Minhai’s current business realities, General Manager Yuan has meticulously developed a training module on building high-performing teams. The course focuses on three key areas: a review of last year’s corporate culture training; the three essential attributes of an outstanding team; and team cohesion.
At the training session, General Manager Yuan consistently engaged participants with warm, thought‑provoking questions, creating a lively yet humorous atmosphere. More than 300 managers, including team leaders and above, took part in this program.
Through this training, participants gained a deeper understanding of Minhai’s corporate culture—moving from theoretical insights to real‑world examples presented by General Manager Yuan. They resolved to excel in their respective roles, unite as one, and dedicate themselves fully to shaping Minhai’s future. As managers, they engaged in thoughtful reflection on areas for improvement in their leadership practices, returned to their departments to conduct follow‑up training, and articulated their recommendations in written form, ensuring that these insights are systematically incorporated to further refine our processes and strive toward building an exceptional team.
