On December 11, 2023, Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kangtai Biological, signed the “License and Technology Transfer Agreement for the 13‑Valent Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Conjugate Vaccine” with the Egyptian vaccine company Gennvax Egypt. The two parties have entered into a commercial partnership to grant licensing and transfer technology for Minhai Biotechnology’s independently developed and manufactured world’s first dual‑carrier 13‑valent pneumococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine, jointly advancing the approval and market launch of the finished vaccine in Egypt, as well as local bulk‑fill and finish operations.
