Abstract

On November 14, 2023, a delegation led by Hao Zehong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Daxing District Federation of Trade Unions, along with Han Fengguang, head of the Rights and Interests Department of the Daxing District Federation of Trade Unions, paid a visit to Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Minhai Bio) to conduct a supervisory inspection as part of the special initiative to promote amendments to the “Beijing Municipal Collective Contract Regulations.” Members of the collective bargaining guidance team and relevant officials from the trade union of the biopharmaceutical industrial base also attended the inspection. Wang Hui, Assistant to the General Manager of Minhai Bio, Zhang Ning, Deputy Manager of the Human Resources Department, Ma Hongjuan, Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union, and other related personnel accompanied the delegation.

General Assistant Wang Hui briefed the research team’s leadership on Minhai Biotechnology’s overall situation regarding collective bargaining, democratic management, and the sustained stability of labor relations, and accompanied the leaders on a tour of the company’s exhibition hall, employee dormitories, and cafeteria. Vice Chairman Hao Zehong highly commended Minhai Biotechnology’s achievements, noting its rapid growth and significant contributions to regional development. He expressed hope that the company would continue to intensify efforts to advance and implement its projects, thereby contributing further to the economic development of Daxing District while maintaining its own robust and sustainable growth. He also stated that the District Federation of Trade Unions will persist in exploring the collective bargaining system, improving mechanisms for coordinating labor relations, and creating favorable conditions for enterprises’ leap‑frog development.
