Abstract
2022 On the afternoon of October 19, the kickoff meeting for the Daxing District’s initiative to establish model healthy enterprises was successfully held at our company. Attendees included Li Yuxiang, Director of the Occupational Health Division of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission; Li Gang, Deputy Section Chief of the Public Health Section of the Daxing District Health Commission; Wei Shanfeng, Vice Chairman of the China Association for Occupational Safety and Health; appointed experts Wang Zhongxu, Lü Lin, and Hu Lan; Zhou Ruigang, Deputy General Manager of the Management Committee of the Daxing District Biomedical Industry Base; Song Xinlei, Head of the Safety Section; as well as Zheng Haifa, General Manager of Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; Zhang Zhiguang, General Manager of Beijing Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Jin Yiqun, Executive Deputy General Manager of Beijing Wuhe Bo’ao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.—a total of more than 30 participants.
At the meeting, Director Li Yuxiang outlined the objectives of Beijing’s Healthy Enterprise Initiative, providing guidance on how to proceed—what needs to be done, how it should be implemented, and how related issues should be managed—so as to ensure that the initiative is carried out in a standardized and orderly manner. Engage experts from the China Occupational Safety and Health Association to provide guidance on establishing a healthy workplace.
Vice Chairman Wei Shanfeng presented the support plan for Beijing’s Healthy Enterprise Initiative, providing a detailed overview of the preparatory, implementation, evaluation, and acceptance phases. 。
General Manager Zheng Haifa, representing the enterprise; Deputy General Manager Zhou Ruigang of the Management Committee; and Deputy Section Chief Li Gang of the District Health Commission all emphasized the utmost importance they attach to Beijing’s initiative to establish healthy enterprises. They noted that building healthy workplaces benefits both companies and their employees. Enterprises are urged to align with the established requirements and standards, intensify outreach efforts, and promptly complete the construction, assessment, and acceptance processes for healthy enterprises.
As a pilot enterprise for the development of health‑focused businesses in Beijing, Minhai Biotechnology places health at the forefront, increases investment, assumes a leadership role, fosters organization‑wide participation, integrates health considerations into existing policies, and cultivates a culture of health.
