1.2. Project Planning Conditions

Usage: Finished goods warehouse, raw and auxiliary materials warehouse, and semi-finished goods warehouse

Cold storage insulation panels comply with A Fire‑resistance requirements at the specified level shall be addressed through corresponding design solutions in coordination with the design institute’s drawings.

Other requirements: Design the cold storage height according to the floor level to meet operational needs, and select materials with due consideration of thermal insulation, load-bearing capacity, and structural strength.

2. Scope and Quantity of Cold Storage Construction

2.1.9 Cold storage conditions and quantity in the basement of Building No. :

l According to the fire compartments and cold storage temperatures: Based on the fire compartments of the basement level, construct cold storage partition walls; and, in accordance with the cold storage temperature requirements, delineate the cold storage areas. 2--8 °C Cold Storage 3 one, -20 °C Cold storage facility 3 one, <20 °C Cool Storage 1 one 。

3. Construction Requirements

3.1. The winning bidder shall strictly comply with URS Construction is required and must comply with Chinese regulations. GMP ( 2010 (Revised in [year]) and its appendices, in compliance with GEP In accordance with sound engineering management practices, all construction work shall be completed to meet the conditions for handover; upon completion, it must conform to all specifications stipulated in the design drawings and pass verification by the designated inspection authority.

3.2. Construction must ensure a well‑planned, rational overall layout, with designs that are scientific, user‑friendly, standardized, and intelligent. Design functionality should be both simple and practical, fully taking into account users’ needs and complying with industry standards.

3.3. The construction must comply with the requirements of biopharmaceutical enterprises and feature both technological innovation and practical applicability. It should be forward-looking—leading by five years and remaining state-of-the-art for a decade—while emphasizing practicality and cost-effectiveness. Upon completion, it must not only meet operational needs but also take into account operating costs as well as maintenance and repair expenses.

3.4. The primary construction materials meet the requirements for fire safety classification, thermal insulation, and structural strength; construction must comply with applicable building standards, and the materials shall conform to design specifications and relevant codes.

1. Participating organizations Must possess Qualification Requirements

  ( 1 ) Enterprise qualification requirements: Bidders shall possess independent legal personality and a valid business license, and shall enjoy a good commercial reputation. This project does not accept consortium bids, and the practice of relying on another entity’s qualifications is prohibited.

( 2 ) The bidder shall possess Grade III or higher general contracting qualification for mechanical and electrical engineering; Grade III or higher specialized qualification in waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and thermal insulation; pressure piping design qualification (GC2—refrigeration specialty); and pressure piping installation qualification (GC2—refrigeration specialty).

( 3 ) Corporate performance requirements: Enterprise 2018 year 4 month 1 Since [date], the applicant has demonstrated comparable construction project experience: at least three ongoing or completed projects, as evidenced by contract dates, completion acceptance reports, or settlement statements.
