In the vibrant month of March, as grass grows lush and warblers sing, we welcome the 111th International Women’s Day. To foster a healthy, harmonious, and uplifting festive atmosphere and further inspire female employees to demonstrate dedication, professionalism, and a spirit of selfless service, the Minhai Trade Union organized a “March 8th” flower‑and‑blessing‑giving event under the theme “Work with Joy, Live Happily, Love at Minhai.” On the morning of March 8, the union thoughtfully presented each female employee with a heartfelt insulated lunch box and a bouquet of flowers. To underscore the company’s respect for and appreciation of its female staff, company leaders—General Managers Zheng, Nie, and Huang—on behalf of senior management, personally delivered flowers and warm wishes, extending their best regards on this special day.

To demonstrate the company’s respect and appreciation for its women staff, company leaders—General Managers Zheng, Nie, and Huang—presented flowers and heartfelt wishes on behalf of senior management, wishing them a joyful holiday and everlasting youth. They also encouraged everyone to continue leveraging their strengths, fostering unity and collaboration, and contributing to the company’s growth with strong professional ethics and a dedicated work ethic. Each beautifully wrapped gift, every fragrant rose, and every warm word conveyed deep care and best wishes for the women employees. The smiles of happiness that lit up the faces of those who received the flowers filled the Minhai canteen with a festive atmosphere of joy and warmth.

Currently, female employees account for approximately of Minhai’s total workforce. 50% , in both their professional and personal lives, they not only assume various roles but also consistently demonstrate “ Half the sky ” The spirit of dedication to one’s work and the admirable composure of women who are every bit as capable as men. This event has further inspired everyone to approach their duties with unwavering enthusiasm, striving tirelessly for the continued success of China’s vaccine industry.
