Abstract
In 2020, the company experienced rapid growth, with its workforce expanding to 1,500 employees. Both hardware and software capabilities saw significant improvements, and all functional departments advanced their work in an orderly manner, meeting basic operational requirements. Prior to the Spring Festival, Beijing was severely affected by the pandemic. During this challenging period, Minhai’s management and staff at all levels treated the factory as their home, worked tirelessly, and devoted themselves wholeheartedly to ensuring the company’s normal production and R&D activities, demonstrating a spirit of dedication and commitment that deserves our heartfelt appreciation.
Minhai employees must summon their fighting spirit, refuse to admit defeat, and dare to take responsibility; hard work and perseverance are the very essence of Minhai. This year has been the company’s most challenging yet. Over the next three years, we will pursue three key objectives. First, we will steadfastly advance the research and development of new products. Without compromise, we will press forward with every new product, ensuring it meets the highest standards. Beyond traditional vaccines, we will also develop cutting-edge vaccines that can serve markets worldwide. Second, we will raise the income levels of all employees. With two to three new products soon to be launched, we aim to boost our output value to RMB 10–20 billion and increase profits to RMB 5–10 billion, enabling the company and its workforce to share in the fruits of growth and improve overall earnings. Third, we will ensure that every employee has a home. The company has long been actively promoting housing‑building initiatives to enhance living conditions, guaranteeing that each staff member has stable, secure housing—so they can devote themselves wholeheartedly to their work with renewed enthusiasm.
At present, our company’s COVID‑19 vaccine development is slightly behind that of some other firms; however, the quality‑control results for our vaccine significantly outperform those of comparable products. All mid‑level and senior executives have drawn on the lessons learned in 2020 to formulate the 2021 work plan and set clear objectives. We must maintain high morale and a proactive, forward‑moving spirit, while actively learning from the best practices of industry peers. As we strengthen talent recruitment, we will continue to uphold Minhai’s time‑honored traditions and core strengths. All managers are called upon to take responsibility, transforming organizational pressures into driving forces for performance, and together forging an even brighter future for Minhai.
