Executive Director Du Weimin provided a detailed briefing to the leadership of the National Institute for Food and Drug Control on the development histories and project progress of Shenzhen Kangtai and Minhai Biotechnology, as well as the companies’ future development plans and strategic positioning. The attending leaders unanimously commended the companies’ achievements and engaged in an in-depth discussion on their key COVID‑19 vaccine projects.
Dean Li Bo offered constructive guidance on our company’s COVID‑19 vaccine research and development, management practices, and future prospects. We will treat the successful development of a COVID‑19 vaccine as our top priority, devote all our efforts to supporting the overall epidemic prevention and control effort, and accelerate the process of bringing the vaccine to market.
Following the meeting, General Manager Du stated that the company will remain committed to its mission of “developing superior vaccines to benefit human health,” with quality and safety as its foundation and R&D innovation as its driving force. The company will strive to become a leading domestic and internationally renowned large-scale biopharmaceutical multinational corporation, making even greater contributions to the global immunization effort and to the nation at large.
