Abstract
To further strengthen corporate culture promotion, guide our cadres and employees in upholding Minhai Bio’s fine traditions, put our corporate culture into practice, and integrate corporate culture seamlessly with R&D and production management—thereby leveraging the power of culture to drive enterprise development—our company, in 2020… On October 21, the company successfully held a themed speech contest titled “Adapt to the Times, Embark on a New Journey with Minhai.” The event was attended by company leaders, including General Manager Zheng Haifa and Deputy General Managers Li Xiangqun, Nie Xiaoqi, and Huang Zhilu.
16 from various systems of Minhai The finalists each shared their compelling, authentic stories about Minhai via VCR, and in their speeches, they offered diverse perspectives on the company’s spirit and cultural essence, while also envisioning the future direction of Minhai.
After fierce competition, Zhang Guoyun from the Quality Control Department won first prize with an almost flawless performance; Luo Sicheng from the Pertussis Workshop of Vaccine Unit II and Li Wanning from the Finance Department took second place; Wang Kai from the Sub‑packaging Workshop, Liu Xueqin from the Varicella Project Team of the R&D Center, and Wang Xiangyang from the Quality Control Department were awarded third place; while Xu Lei and Wang Zhanpeng from the Varicella Project Team of the R&D Center, Huang Jifa from the Safety, Fire Prevention, and Energy Office, Yu Kun from the Sub‑packaging Workshop, and Xu Qingqin from the Quality Compliance Department received excellence awards. Among the winners are both newly hired employees and long‑time veterans who have served Minhai for ten years—each has demonstrated outstanding performance that has been widely recognized.
At the conclusion of the competition, Zheng Haifa, General Manager of Minhai Biotechnology, remarked that the participants demonstrated both the vigor and enthusiasm of the new generation of Minhai employees, as well as the steadiness and deep commitment of its veteran staff. He noted that everyone has poured their heart and soul into the company’s current achievements, a dedication that is truly inspiring. Mr. Zheng also emphasized that Minhai’s corporate culture has always been an integral part of the organization; however, how to better promote and pass down this established culture remains a key priority for our ongoing research and implementation efforts. Finally, Deputy General Manager Huang Zhilu, on behalf of the expert panel, congratulated the winning contestants, expressed gratitude for their active participation, and called on all Minhai employees to uphold even higher standards of rigor and professionalism.
