Abstract
Following the promulgation of the Vaccine Administration Law and the revision of the Drug Administration Law, related supporting regulations have been continuously updated, imposing increasingly stringent requirements on pharmaceutical manufacturers. To further strengthen pharmaceutical companies’ understanding of relevant laws and regulations and enhance their employees’ legal awareness and competence, the National Medical Products Administration has launched a nationwide “Two Laws” knowledge‑competition campaign. The Quality and Compliance Department promptly organized and ensured that all company personnel participated in the competition.
During the competition, all departments of the company participated enthusiastically, with each team member dedicating their spare time after work to diligently study the “Two Laws” and complete the corresponding quizzes. Some employees even worked overtime until 11 p.m. Even with limited time, they managed to complete their tasks and finish studying and answering questions on the same day. Meanwhile, some team members, driven by a sense of collective pride, strove to submit their answers at the earliest possible moment, overcoming every challenge to finish well into the early hours of the morning. For a time, the company was swept up in a fervent wave of enthusiasm for learning the “Two Laws.”
This competition received strong support from company leadership, all departments, and our colleagues, with 100% participation across every department. 。 Get 100 A total of 175 personnel were evaluated, and 506 personnel scored 90 points or above. Among them, Vaccine Room No. 2— Pertussis, Production and Operations Center, QA , Vaccine Room Four, Quality Control , Vaccine Unit, Finance Department, Safety, Fire Prevention, and Energy Office, The average scores for the Packaging Department and the Quality Compliance Department both exceeded 90 points. This competition awarded 50 individual prizes. Names, with six teams receiving team awards. Among them, Vaccine Department II—Pertussis Workshop took first place in the team award, achieving an impressive departmental average score of 99.19 points.
This competition fully demonstrated the high level of execution across all departments at Minhai, as well as the strong team cohesion and a shared sense of collective pride among all team members. Company leaders attached great importance to the event and presented awards with great ceremony to the winning departments and individuals.
The “Two Laws” knowledge competition has concluded successfully, marking the beginning of our continued journey to deepen our understanding of various laws and regulations.
