(1) Project Name: Minhai Biologics’ Internationalization Industrial Base for Novel Vaccines (Phase I) (2) Site Location: Plots 053-039, 040, 043, and 044 within the Daxing Biopharmaceutical Industry Base of the Zhongguancun Science Park, Daxing District, Beijing; bounded by Tianfu Avenue to the east, the planned land‑use boundary to the south, Xiangrui Avenue to the west, and Simiao Road to the north. (3) Construction Scope: The project covers a land area of 90,013.218 m², with a total above‑ground floor area of 135,020 m²; a floor area ratio of 1.5; a building density of 40%; a green space ratio of 15%; and a height restriction of 36 meters.
