Abstract

In accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China and the relevant provisions of Ministry Order No. 4, “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment,” the following information regarding the environmental impact assessment of this construction project is hereby made public: (1) Full-text online link to the draft Environmental Impact Report, along with details on how and where to access the hard copy: http://www.biominhai.com/xwzx_xi/newsId=350.html A hard copy of the report is available for public inspection at the location of the project proponent and at the office of the EIA agency. (2) Scope of the public invited to provide comments: residents and stakeholders in the vicinity of the project site.
