The event was meticulously planned by the company’s General Office Logistics Department, and attended by relevant leaders and employees, including General Manager Zheng Haifa, Deputy General Manager Nie Xiaoqi, Vice President of Engineering Li Guanghui, Deputy Director of Production and Head of Vaccine Room No. 3 Tong Wei, as well as Assistant to the General Manager and HR Manager Wang Hui. During the ceremony, Deputy General Manager Nie emphasized that relocating the restaurant is a crucial step in the company’s broader move to the international industrial base. On August 25, 2023, a delegation led by the Party Committee of the Daxing District Emergency Management Bureau, in collaboration with the Party Committee of the Biomedical Base Management Committee and the Party branches of seven enterprises—including Minhai Bio—along with their respective safety officers, convened a joint Party‑day event and a symposium on government‑enterprise co‑construction. Attending the meeting were Wu Chengyu, Secretary of the Minhai Bio Party Branch; Li Guanghui, Deputy General Manager; and Zhang Yidi from the Safety Office. The theme of this Party‑day activity was “Empowering Safety through Party Building, Jointly Building for Development.” Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on the integrated advancement of Party building and workplace safety, as well as on the challenges enterprises face in ensuring safe production. At the conclusion, Xiang Peiyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Daxing District Emergency Management Bureau, delivered a summarizing address.
