Abstract

On August 25, 2023, a delegation led by the Party Committee of the Daxing District Emergency Management Bureau, in collaboration with the Party Committee of the Biomedical Base Management Committee and the Party branches of seven enterprises—including Minhai Bio—along with their respective safety officers, convened a joint Party‑day event and a symposium on government‑enterprise co‑construction. Attending the meeting were Wu Chengyu, Secretary of the Minhai Bio Party Branch; Li Guanghui, Deputy General Manager; and Zhang Yidi from the Safety Office. The theme of this Party‑day activity was “Empowering Safety through Party Building, Jointly Building for Development.” Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on the integrated advancement of Party building and workplace safety, as well as on the challenges enterprises face in ensuring safe production.
