Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for integrating multi-dimensional internal and external data sources, including but not limited to market data, channel data, and internal operational data.
2. Establish and maintain standardized data, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of core data.
3. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth regional market analyses to identify growth opportunities and potential risks, providing data-driven evidence for formulating regional strategies. Monitor and analyze competitive dynamics, changes in market share, pricing structures, and market access conditions, and produce comprehensive competitive intelligence reports.
4. Data Dashboards and Visualization Development: Design, develop, and maintain multi-tiered data visualization dashboards for management and the sales team (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ensure the dashboards provide a clear, intuitive view of KPI progress, market trends, and early warning signals.
5. Sales Performance Support: Collaborate closely with the SFE team to translate data‑driven insights into actionable sales strategies and tactical recommendations. Provide support for specialized initiatives such as sales target breakdown, resource allocation modeling, and analysis of incentive program effectiveness.
6. Provide the sales team with the necessary self-service data analytics training and tool support.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or SFE-related roles within the pharmaceutical industry (prior experience in the vaccine sector is preferred).
3. Proficient in the application and analysis of pharmaceutical industry data sources, such as IMS/IQVIA, MedStat, and national health insurance data.
4. Skill Requirements: Proficient in SQL for data querying and processing. Possesses strong business acumen and logical thinking, capable of translating business challenges into data‑analysis problems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex data insights to colleagues without a technical background. Demonstrates strong self‑motivation, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Pays meticulous attention to data details and takes full accountability for delivering results.
