Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in executing visual design tasks for pharmaceutical products, including but not limited to the creative design and adaptation of promotional materials such as product posters, academic infographics, brochures, and manuals for both online and offline channels. Support the integration of content with overseas and domestic company websites and other platforms, ensuring that all published materials are visually accurate and free from ambiguity.
2. Participate in design‑related requirement discussions, gain a thorough understanding of the academic characteristics and regulatory requirements of pharmaceutical products, ensure that all designs comply with national advertising laws and industry‑specific compliance standards, and align rigorously with the company’s brand identity.
3. Promptly revise and optimize the design drafts based on internal review feedback, with meticulous proofreading of text, data, and medical symbols; timely prepare design progress reports, coordinate material‑handover timelines, and provide real-time updates on any issues.
4. Perform other ancillary tasks related to pharmaceutical product design and promotion as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled students with a bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates majoring in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media Arts, or related fields are preferred. Prior internship experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare design will be considered a plus.
2. Proficient in professional design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, capable of independently handling graphic layout, poster design, and the preparation of print-ready files; candidates with hand-drawing skills, vector illustration experience, or 3D rendering expertise are preferred.
3. Possesses strong aesthetic sensibilities and a solid grasp of layout principles, with excellent control over typography, color, and composition; highly meticulous in work and able to adapt to rigorous review and revision processes.
4. Candidates with strong English proficiency will be given priority (required to handle overseas e-commerce or English-language academic materials).
5. Possesses excellent communication and comprehension skills, strong execution capabilities, and a strong sense of responsibility, with a robust team‑oriented mindset.
