Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for or assist with operating production-related processes and maintaining production batch records.
2. Responsible for or assist in optimizing production-related processes.
3. Responsible for, or assist in, completing the validation of production-related process steps and procedures.
4. Responsible for, or assist with, equipment operation and routine maintenance during the production process.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field;
2. Possesses strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work diligently under challenging conditions.
3. Candidates with experience in the biopharmaceutical industry will be given priority.
4. Able to consult a certain amount of English-language literature.
