Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities in the biopharmaceutical bulk‑drug manufacturing workshop; proficient in the design, control systems, and operating principles of fermentation and formulation systems; capable of troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, with particular expertise in resolving complex and challenging malfunctions in fermentation and formulation systems.
2. Responsible for establishing a database of maintenance and troubleshooting cases, with the ability to systematically summarize and organize analyses and diagnoses of software and hardware faults, as well as the operational procedures and methods for repair.
3. Assist the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor in equipment selection, installation, validation, modification, evaluation, and acceptance verification.
4. Responsible for developing daily equipment maintenance and upkeep schedules, conducting regular inspections of equipment controls, promptly addressing any issues identified, and performing routine hardware checks and maintenance.
5. Responsible for the inventory and planning of consumable and spare parts for equipment and facilities.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, pharmaceutical machinery, or electrical and automation engineering;
2. At least 5 years of experience working in biopharmaceutical equipment companies (e.g., fermentation systems, liquid preparation systems), with priority given to candidates who have maintenance experience with sterile‑product and vaccine manufacturing equipment.
3. Familiar with GMP-related knowledge and has experience in training;
4. Candidates with CET-4 or above are preferred.
