To comprehensively enhance the strategic thinking and operational coordination capabilities of mid- to senior-level management, thereby solidifying the managerial foundation for the company’s future development, Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Minhai Bio”) successfully held a specialized training session on strategic operations management on November 4, 2025. The event featured Mr. Xiao En, a seasoned strategic management expert formerly with Company H, who delivered an in-person lecture. Minhai Kangtai’s management team participated together in an intellectual feast exploring the journey from strategy formulation to execution and implementation.

This training program is centered on “deepening strategic awareness, optimizing operational processes, and strengthening results‑orientation,” with the aim of injecting strong momentum into the company’s successful achievement of its next‑phase strategic objectives through systematic theoretical instruction and practical case discussions.

In the subsequent sessions, drawing on his 18 years of hands-on management experience at Company H, Professor Shawn systematically addressed core challenges in corporate management—such as strategic‑operational integration, dual‑gap analysis, market insights, strategy decoding, and operational management—by articulating a comprehensive end-to-end framework that links strategy, execution, and implementation. Leveraging his extensive background as a regional president and his deep involvement in leading transformative change initiatives, he shared a wealth of practical models and tools applicable across R&D, sales, marketing, and organizational management. By aligning Company H’s advanced management principles with the unique characteristics of the biopharmaceutical industry, he offered highly actionable, real‑world insights.

At the conclusion of the training, General Manager Zheng Haifa delivered a summarizing address. He began by expressing his gratitude to Instructor Shawn for his insightful presentation, and emphasized that all departments must translate strategy from rhetoric into concrete action, leveraging what they had learned to refine their approaches and ensure alignment with the Group’s and the company’s overarching strategic objectives. He also urged every manager to proactively reflect on “what changes my role needs to undergo,” effectively translating the strategy into specific actions at both the team and individual levels. In particular, he underscored that exceptional managers should not only be adept at identifying problems but also capable of uncovering their root causes, applying the tools they have mastered to routine post‑mortems and root‑cause analyses, thereby fundamentally enhancing the organization’s problem‑solving capabilities.

Finally, Professor Sean held a roundtable discussion with the company’s senior executives. The two sides engaged in an open and constructive dialogue on key management challenges and explored how digital tools could be leveraged to address these pain points, offering fresh perspectives to inform the company’s future management improvements and strategic deepening.

This training program serves as a cornerstone for Minhai Bio’s efforts to advance talent development and strengthen organizational capabilities. Participating managers generally agreed that the curriculum was systematic and comprehensive, with vivid, well‑documented case studies that offer practical guidance for their work. Moving forward, Minhai Bio will continue to cultivate a learning‑oriented organization, empowering both management and employees to grow while driving organizational evolution, thereby solidifying the company’s core competitiveness and paving the way for long‑term success.
