(hereinafter referred to as “Minhai Bio”) in 2025… On November 4, a specialized training session on strategic operations management was successfully held. The event featured a keynote address by Mr. Shawn, a former senior strategic management expert at Company H, and brought together the leadership team of Minhai Kangtai for an insightful dialogue on the journey from strategy formulation to effective implementation.
This training program is centered on the core objectives of “deepening strategic awareness, optimizing operational processes, and strengthening results‑orientation,” aiming to inject strong momentum into the successful achievement of the company’s next phase of strategic goals through systematic theoretical instruction and practical case discussions.

At the conclusion of the training, General Manager Zheng Haifa delivered a summarizing address.
