Abstract

On May 10, 2024, Liu Xueliang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Daxing District Committee and District Mayor of Beijing, led a delegation to visit and conduct an on-site inspection of Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Minhai Bio), gaining an in-depth understanding of the development status of key enterprises and industry benchmarks in Daxing District. (hereinafter referred to as Minhai Bio), gaining an in-depth understanding of the development status of key enterprises and industry benchmarks in Daxing District. Liu Xueliang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Daxing District Committee and District Mayor, led a delegation that conducted on-site visits and engaged in extensive exchanges to gain an in-depth understanding of Minhai Biotechnology’s business operations, industrial development, project construction, and public–private cooperation. He commended the company highly for its support and contributions to Daxing District’s economic and social development. He also emphasized that Minhai Biotechnology should accelerate strategic collaborations, explore innovative vaccine product pipelines, and help further cluster and advance the vaccine‑related industry. Furthermore, he noted that the Daxing District Government will continue to align with the needs of enterprises, consistently improve the business environment, and inject vitality into their high‑quality growth.

Vice General Manager Liu Jiankai, on behalf of the company’s Chairman, Mr. Du Weimin, extended his heartfelt gratitude to the visiting delegation and noted that Daxing serves as a demonstration zone for coordinated development in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region and a leading hub for technological innovation. Recently, Beijing held a grand commendation conference for the “Two Excellences and One Pioneer” initiative in emerging sectors. The “Two New” Working Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee recognized outstanding Communist Party members, exemplary Party affairs workers, and advanced primary-level Party organizations across the city’s emerging fields.
