Abstract
On September 19, 2022, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the China Enterprise Confederation/China Entrepreneurs Association, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce jointly issued the “Decision on Designating Model Enterprises and Industrial Parks for Building Harmonious Labor Relations Nationwide,” under which Minhai Bio was awarded the title of “National Model Enterprise for Building Harmonious Labor Relations.”
On September 22, 2022, Zheng Haifa, the company’s general manager, delivered a keynote address on behalf of the industrial park at the sub‑venue of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Mr. Zheng stated that, in recent years, Minhai Biotechnology has thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on building harmonious labor relations, earnestly carried out the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and vigorously promoted initiatives to foster harmonious labor relations. The company’s receipt of the “National Demonstration Enterprise for Building Harmonious Labor Relations” award is a recognition of its longstanding efforts in talent development and democratic governance.
