Since its inception, the “Snap It—Report Safety Hazards” initiative has been held for seven consecutive sessions, encouraging employees to promptly photograph workplace conditions, production workshops, factory premises, workers’ operational practices, as well as aspects related to fire safety, special equipment, hazardous chemicals, occupational health, environmental protection, and other areas.

Recently, the base’s trade union announced and commended the 2021… Among the award-winning entries in the “I Have a Pair of Wise Eyes” campaign of the annual “Ankang Cup,” 11 works submitted through our company’s trade union were recognized and rewarded.

In recent years, our company’s trade union has fully leveraged its organizational strengths to extensively organize employee‑centered workplace safety initiatives, such as the “Ankang Cup” competition and the “Snap a Safety Hazard” campaign. Since the launch of these activities, they have been held consecutively for seven years. The “Snap and Report Safety Hazards” campaign encourages all employees to promptly photograph safety hazards in office spaces, production workshops, plant‑wide environments, and during employee operations—covering areas such as fire safety, special equipment, hazardous chemicals, occupational health, and environmental protection—thereby fostering a strong safety culture of “everyone identifies hazards, everyone ensures safety.” To date, more than 300 employees across the company have participated, submitting over 400 submissions comprising photos, videos, and written reports. By implementing this initiative, the company has not only intensified its efforts to identify and address safety risks but has also significantly strengthened employees’ sense of ownership and their awareness of safe production.

Our company will continue to effectively advance and establish the “Ankang Cup” activity framework, leveraging this platform to rigorously ensure that all departments fully assume their primary responsibility for workplace safety. We will mobilize and guide all employees to earnestly fulfill their duties and mission in safety oversight, empowering each worker to serve as a vigilant “safety monitor.” In doing so, we will broaden and deepen the scope of safety supervision, comprehensively strengthen employees’ capabilities in preventing and responding to workplace accidents, and make a proactive contribution to bolstering the company’s overall safety management efforts.
