Project Overview: The Minhai Biologics International Vaccine Industrial Base Project, invested in and constructed by Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., is located within the Daxing Biopharmaceutical Industry Base. 0503-039 、040、043、044 The site is bounded as follows: to the north by Simiao Road, to the south by the planned land‑use boundary (municipal green space), to the west by Xiangrui Avenue, and to the east by Tianfu Avenue. This project is primarily intended for the research, development, and production of human vaccines.
Construction scale: Total land area 90013.218m2 , with a total floor area of 187684.83m2 (Where the above-ground floor area is 130410.84m2 , underground floor area 57273.99m2 ）。Building height 33.3 Rice, underground 1 Layer, above ground 7 Floor, basement floor-to-ceiling height 6 Rice, ground-floor ceiling height 3.8-7.9 Rice, green space ratio 15% , floor area ratio 1.5 , building density 40%。

III. Scope of the Tender:
1. Tender Content: The scope of this tender is the construction tender for the cleanroom works of the Minhai Biotechnology New‑Type Vaccine Internationalization Industrial Base Project.
1 ) Main scope of work:
l 1# Secondary Optimization Design of the Cleanroom Purification Zone and the Cleanroom and Mezzanine Floors BIM Design;
l 4# 、 8# 、 9# 、 10# Secondary optimization design of the above‑ground portions of the building, as well as the cleanroom and mezzanine levels. BIM Design;
l 1# Construction and related validation activities for specialized engineering systems, including purification equipment installation, fire protection, and utility services, within the cleanroom area;
l 4# 、 8# 、 9# 、 10# Construction and related verification activities for specialized systems, including cleanroom installation, fire protection, and utility engineering, in areas above the floor level.

IV. Registration Instructions:
1 Units participating in the registration must submit the enterprise legal person’s business license, qualification certificates, a certificate of the legal representative or a letter of authorization from the legal entity, copies of identification documents, and other relevant materials (copies must bear the official seal of the unit), and must indicate the company’s registered capital.
2 Units participating in the registration must possess relevant qualifications in mechanical and electrical installation. Both the registering entity and the project implementation team must simultaneously demonstrate the following track records:
l World 500 Mandatory pharmaceutical enterprise purification project.
l 3 The cumulative contract value for purification engineering projects with the same customer within the year shall be no less than 1 RMB 100 million.
l Biopharmaceuticals and vaccines have separate sub-items (workshops) exceeding 1 10,000-square-meter purification engineering project.
l The pharmaceutical industry projects implemented have been approved by China. GMP , European Union GMP ， FDA ， WHO Acceptance.
