Visiting to Bring Warmth, Offering Comfort to the Heart: Minhai Bio Launches Spring Festival Outreach and Care Activities

Abstract
On February 2, 2019, amid the cold winter of the twelfth lunar month and with the festive spirit steadily growing, the Party branch and the trade union of Minhai Biotechnology jointly organized a Spring Festival visit to offer condolences and support to employees facing financial hardship, bringing warmth in the depths of winter and New Year blessings to struggling staff members and retired employees.
At each stop, the leaders of the condolence delegation, carrying with them the deep care and concern of Minhai, engaged in warm, casual conversations about everyday life, gaining a thorough understanding of the recipients’ living conditions and health. They conveyed the heartfelt regards of General Manager Du and the company’s leadership, assuring everyone that they are constantly attentive to the well-being of employees facing hardship. The leaders repeatedly urged the company’s Party branch and the trade union to stand in solidarity with these employees, offering practical support to help them navigate their challenges. They also encouraged the employees and their families to maintain confidence, uphold an optimistic outlook, and work diligently for the happiness of their households. In addition, they extended New Year greetings and presented monetary gifts and essential supplies.
Figure 1 shows Vice Chairman Wu Chengyu of the trade union, accompanied by Manager Zhou Jianxin, paying a visit to the home of an employee in need.
Figure 2 shows Vice Chairman Wu Chengyu of the trade union presenting condolence money and relief supplies to employees in need.
Figure 3 shows Zhu Ruibo, Deputy Secretary of the company’s Party Branch, and Assistant Ma Hongjuan visiting the home of a worker in need to offer condolences to a family member who is ill.
