Abstract

In the golden autumn month of October, Beijing hosted the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This momentous event is poised to profoundly shape the future direction of China, and it has been eagerly anticipated by people across the nation. Since the convening of the 19th CPC National Congress, company leadership has attached great importance to the occasion, while the Party branch has meticulously organized and efficiently implemented measures to promptly disseminate and study the spirit of the Congress through a variety of channels. On October 18—the day the Congress opened—company Party members attended an event at the Beijing Exhibition Hall to view the large-scale exhibition “Five Years of Striving and Progress.” Meanwhile, all Party members, along with selected representatives from the Women’s Federation and the Science and Technology Association, watched the opening ceremony live at the company.

　　Since the convening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the company’s leadership has attached great importance to the event, while the Party branch has meticulously organized and efficiently implemented measures to promptly disseminate and study the spirit of the Congress through multiple channels. On October 18—the day the Congress opened—representative Party members from the company traveled to the Beijing Exhibition Hall to attend the grand exhibition “Five Years of Striving and Progress.” Meanwhile, all Party members, along with selected representatives from the Women’s Federation and the Science and Technology Association, watched the opening ceremony at the company. Following the successful conclusion of the 19th National Congress, the company convened a special meeting to study and implement the spirit of the Congress.

　　Following the meeting, Secretary Wu urged all members to prioritize studying and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fostering a robust atmosphere throughout the company dedicated to this endeavor. In addition to organizing study sessions within the Party branch, it is essential to thoroughly examine the documents of the 19th National Congress through online platforms, media, WeChat, and other channels, ensuring the effective implementation of the Congress report and the Party Constitution. After carefully studying General Secretary Xi Jinping’s report, all Party members expressed great enthusiasm and renewed vigor, with an overwhelmingly positive response.

　　To implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we must balance long-term vision with immediate priorities. We will continue to study and apply the guiding principles of the Congress, remain committed to our respective roles, and work diligently to ensure that all tasks are carried out thoroughly and effectively, striving to elevate our Party‑building efforts to a new level. In the context of Party building within non‑public enterprises, we will proactively explore ways to establish distinctive Party branches, integrating Party work with corporate culture development, thus forging a new path: “energizing Party building through cultural development and driving enterprise growth through Party leadership.”
