Abstract
I. Project Name: R&D and Production Building (R&D and Production Building Construction Project)
II. Project Overview: This project is located at No. 35 Simiao Road, Beijing Biomedical Industry Base, Daxing District, Beijing. The building measures 112.9 m in length and 54.7 m in width, with one basement level and a total floor area of 6,299.39 m². Above ground, there are three floors with a total floor area of 21,042.12 m², resulting in a combined gross floor area of 27,341.51 m². The basement has a storey height of 5.2 m, the above‑ground floors have a storey height of 7.6 m, and the mezzanine floor has a storey height of 3.8 m. The building’s overall height is 24 m. It features a reinforced concrete frame structure.
III. Scope of the Tender: The scope of this tender encompasses the intelligent systems engineering for the R&D and Production Building (R&D and Production Building Construction Project), including detailed design and construction.
IV. Registration Instructions:
1. Bidding‑eligible entities must submit the following qualification documents: the business license of the legal entity, qualification certificates, the organization code certificate, the tax registration certificate, the safety production license, and evidence of past project performance. In addition, the company’s registered capital must be clearly indicated.
2. Bidding entities shall possess independent legal person status, have been registered for no less than five years, hold Grade B or higher qualifications in intelligent systems design and Grade II or higher qualifications in specialized contracting, and hold certifications for quality, environmental, and safety management systems. The proposed project manager must hold the relevant professional qualification certificate.
3. When submitting the registration materials, you must provide a certificate of legal representative or a letter of authorization from the legal entity, along with a copy of the legal representative’s or authorized representative’s identification card. You must also furnish the unit’s contact person and their contact details; the contact person shall be either the project leader or the designated business liaison.
4. The tendering entity will conduct a preliminary review of the qualification documents submitted by registered entities and, taking into account prevailing market conditions, will select the most suitable candidates for further negotiations and discussions.
