Recently, Li Aifang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chair of the CPPCC Committee of Daxing District, Beijing, paid a visit to Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to offer guidance. She toured the company’s corporate exhibition hall and its international‑standard vaccine industrial base, and engaged in an in-depth discussion with Zheng Haifa, a member of the Daxing District CPPCC Committee and General Manager of Minhai Biotechnology. On the afternoon of March 11, 2025, Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Detailed Personal Achievements: Nie Xiaoqi is the Deputy General Manager of Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and currently serves as the company’s Head of Quality Management. He has previously held positions including Director of the Diphtheria–Tetanus–Pertussis Workshop in Vaccine Department II, Director of Vaccine Department IV, and Head of Production Management. During his tenure in the production system, he successfully facilitated the smooth market launch of eight products, including the Hib–DTP–IPV quadrivalent vaccine, the 23-valent pneumococcal vaccine, the 13-valent pneumococcal vaccine, and the human diploid cell‑derived rabies vaccine.
