Abstract
2025 Year 03 On the afternoon of the 11th, Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Minhai Bio”) and the Chongqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as “Chongqing CDC”) successfully held a cooperation and exchange meeting at Minhai Bio’s Internationalization Industrial Base for Novel Vaccines. The meeting was attended by senior company executives, including Zhang Huadong, Director of the Chongqing CDC; Ji Hengqing and Wang Qing, Deputy Directors; and Zheng Haifa, General Manager of Minhai Bio, along with Liu Jiankai, Executive Deputy General Manager and Director of the R&D Center.

At the meeting, the heads of R&D and clinical operations at Minhai Biologics presented the company’s development trajectory, its innovative R&D capabilities, and the progress of key projects’ clinical trials. The Chongqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention outlined its institutional functions, technical strengths, and experience in disease prevention and control. Following the session, with all attendees witnessing, Minhai Biologics and the Chongqing CDC held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties reached broad consensus on multiple fronts, including vaccine R&D collaboration, support for clinical trials, technical exchanges, talent development, and public education about vaccines. By leveraging their respective strengths, they will seamlessly integrate the company’s R&D and manufacturing expertise with the CDC’s surveillance and prevention experience, jointly advancing the development of China’s vaccine sector.
Looking ahead, the two parties will collaborate closely, continuously deepen their cooperation, strengthen resource sharing and leverage their respective strengths, and work together to make greater contributions to the development of public health initiatives, including infectious disease prevention and control, thereby providing stronger safeguards for public health.
