Recently, Li Aifang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chair of the CPPCC Committee of Daxing District, Beijing, paid a visit to Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to offer guidance. She toured the company’s corporate exhibition hall and its international‑standard vaccine industrial base, and engaged in an in-depth discussion with Zheng Haifa, a member of the Daxing District CPPCC Committee and General Manager of Minhai Biotechnology. On the afternoon of March 11, 2025, Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Minhai Bio”) and the Chongqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as “Chongqing CDC”) successfully held a cooperation and exchange meeting at Minhai Bio’s Internationalization Industrial Base for Novel Vaccines. The meeting was attended by senior company executives, including Zhang Huadong, Director of the Chongqing CDC; Ji Hengqing and Wang Qing, Deputy Directors; and Zheng Haifa, General Manager of Minhai Bio, along with Liu Jiankai, Executive Deputy General Manager and Director of the R&D Center. During the event, Minhai Bio’s heads of R&D and clinical operations presented the company’s development history, its innovative R&D capabilities, and the progress of clinical trials for key projects.

Detailed Personal Achievements: Nie Xiaoqi is the Deputy General Manager of Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and currently serves as the company’s Head of Quality Management. He has previously held positions including Director of the Diphtheria–Tetanus–Pertussis Workshop in Vaccine Department II, Director of Vaccine Department IV, and Head of Production Management. During his tenure in the production system, he successfully facilitated the smooth market launch of eight products, including the Hib–DTP–IPV quadrivalent vaccine, the 23-valent pneumococcal vaccine, the 13-valent pneumococcal vaccine, and the human diploid cell‑derived rabies vaccine. As Head of Quality Management, he has organized a series of training programs on international regulatory requirements for GMP‑related personnel, invited WHO inspectors to provide advisory visits to the company, and recommended quality‑management professionals to attend major international conferences on quality management.

On November 16, the inaugural China Pharmaceutical Valley Future Biologics Innovative Drug Conference was successfully held at the Kapok Hotel in Daxing District. Hosted by the Management Committee of the Daxing Biopharmaceutical Industry Base of Zhongguancun Science Park and co-organized by six entities—including Beijing Hotgen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd.—the event brought together numerous academicians, industry experts, and leading entrepreneurs to discuss cutting-edge industry trends, foster deep integration of key factors driving the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, and further enhance Daxing District’s influence in the field of innovative drugs. Zheng Haifa, Chief Scientist of Kintor Pharmaceutical and General Manager of Minhai Biotechnology, was invited to attend the conference.
