Abstract

On November 14, Minhai Biotechnology held a “Seminar on the Research and Development and Registration of Human Viral Vaccines.” The event was conducted in a hybrid format, combining online and in-person participation. Attending the seminar were Liu Jiankai, Executive Deputy General Manager and Director of the R&D Center; Zhu Zhengyu and Gan Jianhui, Deputy General Managers of the parent company, Kintor Pharmaceutical; along with nearly 60 representatives from the R&D, manufacturing, and quality departments. Through this seminar, participants gained a more systematic understanding of vaccine-related laws and regulations, particularly deepening their insight into source‑level design, multi‑party validation, and ongoing compliance throughout the vaccine development process.
