Abstract
I. Project Name: Minhai Biotechnology R&D and Production Building (R&D and Production Building Construction Project) – Finished Goods Cold Storage System
II. Project Overview:
The standard cold storage facility for the Minhai Biotechnology R&D and Production Building (R&D and Production Building Construction Project), invested in and constructed by Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., is located at No. 35 Simiao Road, Daxing Biomedical Industry Base. This project is primarily intended for the storage of finished vaccine products.
Construction scale: The total floor area of the basement is 380 m². 2 , The room height is 3 meters.
Construction Location: Basement of the R&D and Production Building
Purpose: For storing vaccine products.

III. Scope of the Tender:
The scope of this tender is the general cold storage project for Minhai Bio’s R&D and Production Building (R&D and Production Building Construction Project).
IV. Registration Notes:
1. Participating entities must submit the following documents: the business license of the legal entity, qualification certificates, the safety production license, a certificate of the legal representative or a letter of authorization from the legal representative, and copies of identification documents—four sets in total, with all copies stamped with the official seal of the entity—and must indicate the company’s registered capital.
2. Participating entities must possess the relevant professional qualifications: Grade III qualification for mechanical and electrical installation, GC2 qualification for pressure piping, and demonstrated project experience (with each individual project valued at no less than RMB 3 million).
3. Registration requires the provision of a contact person and contact information from the submitting organization. The contact person must be the project leader or an designated business liaison, and a 12-month social security certificate must be submitted.
4. The tendering entity will review the qualification documents submitted by registered entities, giving priority to those with relevant project experience, and will conduct further communication and on-site inspections with the shortlisted candidates.
