Life is not just the busyness before our eyes; it also includes poetry and distant horizons. Work is not confined to the routine between the office and home—it extends to vibrant team-building activities. These events cleanse the soul and release stress. 2018 was a year of rapid growth for our company. Under the wise leadership of senior management, we achieved impressive results in the first half of the year, a testament to the collective efforts of all Minhai employees. To further advance our corporate culture strategy, enrich our employees’ cultural lives, and strengthen team‑building, the company organized, as scheduled in August, a team‑building event themed “Unceasing Youth, Unremitting Endeavor.” Participants enjoyed diverse experiences: some traveled abroad for educational tours, others ventured onto grasslands to savor nature’s splendor, some took on challenging hikes to test their resilience and endurance, and still others basked in the beauty of the sea. Each department engaged in training sessions focused on mindset, personal development, and professional excellence, complemented by cohesion‑building activities. At the conclusion, photo albums and videos were shared, showcasing a team spirit that is positive, uplifting, and driven to succeed.
Following a vibrant and diverse team-building program, every Minhai employee has come to understand that a fulfilling life is the result of hard work, relentless striving, and the collective efforts of colleagues around us. We are grateful to our company and to our leaders. Each of us—driven by a spirit of perseverance and progress—continues to embody our Minhai culture, advancing one step at a time. Through concrete actions, we will help Minhai achieve even greater strides, reap a rich and rewarding life, and realize the Chinese Dream of our vaccine industry. We will also uphold the vision of “serving society and benefiting the people, embracing all rivers,” contributing our wisdom and strength to Minhai’s bright future.
