Abstract

To date, nine products have been approved for market launch. Among them, the “acellular diphtheria–tetanus–pertussis–Haemophilus influenzae type b combination vaccine” is the first domestically produced quadrivalent vaccine and remains the sole product of its kind on the market. The “13-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine (with tetanus toxoid/diphtheria toxoid)” employs a globally pioneering “dual‑carrier” protein‑conjugation technology, with efficacy and safety that match or even surpass leading international standards. The lyophilized human rabies vaccine (human diploid cell‑derived) follows the WHO‑recognized “gold standard” manufacturing process and is also the first domestic rabies vaccine to receive approval for both the 4‑dose and 5‑dose regimens. This lyophilized human rabies vaccine is widely regarded as the gold standard for rabies vaccines. Meanwhile, the live attenuated varicella vaccine is the world’s first to use an ultrasonic disruption method outside a cell factory to harvest the viral supernatant, thereby minimizing contamination and achieving higher efficiency, all without the addition of antibiotics throughout the entire production process.
